Had a really good experience buying from New Chapel Car Company a few days ago. I reached out via WhatsApp, having seen a car I liked the look of on their website. We were able to arrange a time for a test drive promptly.

We were able to have a good look at the car before driving it, and had the chance to check the engine, interior, and the electronics before we set off. Matt, who handled the sale, was very friendly and relaxed; we were given plenty of time to test drive the car, and there were plenty of chances for me to have a think about whether to buy or not.

Having decided to buy with a view to driving away the same day, I was taken through all the paperwork in the office (registration, tax, etc). The only thing I had to sort for myself was the insurance, which just took a couple of minutes.

Overall, it was a calm and straightforward experience, without any pressure or upselling. I’d happily buy here again.
