Recently bought a car from these guys, on September 6th 2026, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had whilst purchasing a car. I originally went back in May/June time just to have a look as I was waiting on a house sale to finalise before purchasing a new car, and returned towards the middle of August when we’d been given a completion date of the 21st and found the car I loved. Because I couldn’t afford to take it then but didn’t want it to sell in the mean time, they allowed me to pay an affordable holding deposit for them to hold it and list it as sold until the sale had finalised on the 21st when I could come in a pay the remainder and collect it. Well, completion date came around and it didn’t complete that day as intended, and gave a new date of the 28th, so contacted them straight away and explained and they said ‘no problem, we’ll hold it till the end of August for you’. 28th comes, and there was another complication with a missing document, so again was pushed to the 4th with us being told it would absolutely be done by that date at the latest, if not sooner. So again, I phoned them, explained, and asked how much it would be additionally to just hold it till the sale has actually completed as I really wanted this car. I was expecting something like 10% of the vehicle price, or the same amount I’d originally paid, but no. I was given the same response, ‘don’t stress about it, house sales are stressful enough and things happen. It’s yours once your sale is complete’. This kind of customer service is unmatched, especially considering apart from the fact I’d gone in a couple of months earlier, they didn’t know me from Adam. And thankfully the sale did go through and complete on the date they’d given us and the next day they had it clean and ready for me to go and collect and sort all the paper work out. As well as the keys to a nice new shiny clean car, they provided me with paper work for any previous work that had been done, as well as every single MOT paper work since the car was made. If I’m ever in a position of needed to look for a new car in the future I will absolutely be going to these guys. After having had not such a great experience with a second hand dealership when purchasing my previous car, I was reluctant to go anywhere other than a main dealership this time round, but I’m glad I took a chance.
