Absolutely first class service. When I received a message from a car dealer in response to an Auto Trader ad, I have to admit to having second thoughts about even calling back. Luckily I did call Chris back and from that point until sale, the experience was unbelievably friendly and efficient. The sale price (very reasonable offer) was agreed over the phone with a deposit paid to me at that point. The collection was simple and absolutely no haggling at this point (the car WAS exactly as photos). Money was sent instantly, and the car was gone. Almost too good and simple to be true!
