I found the perfect small automatic car at New Chapel Car Company after a fruitless four week search in Cornwall. I found it during yet another trawl through Autotrader. It seemed a bonkers idea to buy a used car I hadn’t seen apart from the advertisement and couldn’t test drive but I read the company's reviews and decided to phone them.

It was the right decision! I spoke to Matt and his quiet and professional reassurance and willingness to let me think about it over the weekend prompted me to call back ten minutes later and leave a deposit. In all my dealings with Matt, either by phone or email, I was treated with respect, patience, and kindness (and humorous asides which made the process easy and fun).

The whole process was straightforward and trouble-free. It was a pleasure to buy my new car from the New Chapel Car Company, and to have an immaculate Hyundai i10 delivered to my door was pure luxury. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company for excellent customer service, no sales pressure, courtesy and great cars. Perfect!
